Welcome to the Tri-City R/C Modelers (TCRCM) website. TCRCM is an organization for individuals interested in radio controlled model aviation. The club is located in the Tri-City area of southeastern Washington State. The TCRCM operates a premier r/c model aviation flying site at the Richland, WA off-road-vehicle site for its members, new student pilots, and invited guests. The number of paid-up members varies between 40 and 60 per year. The TCRCM club is a 501(c)(7) organization.
The field is open to all members and guests 365 days a year. Our field is a FRIA (FAA-Recognized Identification Area) site, which means that you are not required to have a remote ID module on your aircraft to fly there (non FRIA sites require a remote ID module, to comply with FAA regulations). TCRCM also has a separate FRIA site available for float flying. The mild winters and great summers allow for all year flying.
