Membership meetings are typically held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7pm. Meetings are typically held at the Richland Public Library. Weather permitting the meeting may be held at the TCRCM flying field. Meeting location and time will be posted on the website calendar.

Board meetings are held every other month and or as needed.
